Refund policy

At Haoser we laser-cut and pack every order with care. Many of our products are made to order or personalised, so please read how returns, replacements and refunds work.
1. 7-day return window
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, and you will need your order number or proof of purchase.
2. Non-returnable items
- Customised products – any item that is personalised, engraved or made to order (for example, custom name cutouts).
- Photography props – not returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Damaged, defective or wrong items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos (an unboxing video helps) of the product and packaging.
- Once verified, we will send a replacement or store credit. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (for Cash on Delivery orders, to a bank account or UPI ID you share with us).
- Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Order cancellations
- Customised orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has started they cannot be cancelled.
5. How to request a return
- Email support@haoser.com or WhatsApp/call +91 99103 69922 with your order number and the reason for return.
- Attach clear photos of the item (and packaging, for damaged items).
- If your return is approved, we will share return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

6. Exclusions
This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling or normal wear and tear.
