1. Acceptance of terms

Welcome to Haoser ("we", "our" or "us"), operated by Haoser India, H-89, Sector-62A, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. By accessing or using haoser.com or buying our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of services

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using them, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. User account

  • You may need an account to use some features. Please provide accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential.
  • Tell us immediately about any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Products, prices and payments

  • Product images are representative. Natural variations in wood and MDF grain, colour and finish are normal.
  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are shown at checkout.
  • By placing an order, you agree to pay the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners; we do not store your card details.

5. Shipping, returns and cancellations

  • Returns, replacements, refunds and cancellations are set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Haoser and is protected by copyright.
  • You may not use, reproduce or distribute our content without our written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.
