Your name, cut to order. Send us the spelling, pick a font and a size, and we laser-cut it from premium Pine MDF or acrylic at our Noida workshop. No minimum order, no setup fee.
How to Order
- Type the exact name or word you want in the personalisation box — spelling and capitalisation are cut exactly as entered.
- Choose your material: unfinished MDF to paint yourself, or acrylic in a ready-to-hang finish.
- Choose the height. Sizes are measured on the tallest letter.
- Tell us your font choice in the order notes, or leave it blank and we'll use our house script.

- Pine MDF (unfinished) – smooth, splinter-free, ready to paint, stain, or leave natural. The budget-friendly choice and the most popular for kids' rooms and craft projects.
- Acrylic – Black or White – glossy, finished, wipe-clean. Arrives ready to mount, no painting needed.
- Acrylic – Gold Mirror – reflective mirror finish for wedding, event, and premium nameplate work.

Can I get the name in Hindi?
Yes — Devanagari text is available. Type the name in Hindi in the personalisation box, or write it in the order notes and we'll confirm the artwork before cutting.
How long does a custom order take?
Personalised pieces are cut to order and dispatched in 2–4 working days, with pan-India delivery 3–6 business days after dispatch.
Do you send a preview before cutting?
Yes, on request. Add a note at checkout and we'll email a digital mock-up for approval.
Can I order in bulk for an event?
Yes. Event decorators, gifting businesses, and resellers can email care@haoser.com for bulk pricing.
Can a custom name cutout be returned?
Because each piece is made specifically for you, custom orders can only be replaced if they arrive damaged or cut incorrectly.
Shipping in India: Rs.50 on orders below Rs.599, free on orders of Rs.599 and above. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (customised items may take a little longer) and usually arrive in 3–7 business days.
Cash on Delivery: available on orders up to Rs.499.
Returns: eligible unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Damaged or defective items: contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or store credit. Customised and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective. Read the full return policy.
